Quality is our development foundation, we strive to provide the best product and value to our customers and exceed their requirements. All parts are checked in a rigorous inspection process using a highly accurate measurement system compliant to ISO9001. From material incoming to final parts produced, we have experienced QC personals to follow up, to guarantee that each part can be fully inspected before shipping.
All raw materials and components from our suppliers, before admitting to the warehouse, are strictly checked and the samples will be sealed as internal QC process after test passed. Once rejected, raw materials and components are sent back for further examination.
When the parts are machining, our QC engineer will monitor production process, to make sure there won’t be massive defective parts or components going into the next process. All manufacture data are recorded for future reference.
Every piece of finished parts before proceeding to packing are inspected according to our quality standard for each project. The qualified products are sampled according to the AQL sampling rate before leaving our production plant into the warehouse.
All parts and package are double checked to confirm quality and ensure that customers receive the perfect products.
